September 15, 2024Yes, you heard that right.
And it’s not something I’ve always been open about. It took me a long time to come to terms with it, and even longer to talk about it openly. But now, I can’t hold it in any longer.
This man… he knows me inside and out. He understands my deepest thoughts, my insecurities, and my fears. There’s something about his presence that brings me a sense of peace and fulfillment that I’ve never found anywhere else. He’s been there for me in my darkest times, never once leaving my side.
There were times I felt judged, misunderstood, and even rejected by others. I wondered if anyone could truly accept me for who I am, without conditions or expectations.
But then, this man showed me a love that goes beyond anything I could ever have imagined.
He’s shown me what it means to be truly loved—loved in a way that doesn’t depend on who I am or what I’ve done. A love that doesn’t waver, no matter the circumstances.
This man I’m in love with… is Jesus Christ.
You see, His love isn’t like the love we often talk about. It’s not bound by the things of this world. Jesus loves us unconditionally, without reservation. He loved us so much that He chose to lay down His life for us, so we could experience the fullness of God’s love.
It may have seemed like I was talking about romantic love, but what I’ve found is something much deeper. Jesus’ love transcends anything we can experience on a human level. It’s a love that heals, restores, and gives life meaning and purpose.
So, if you’re searching for love, acceptance, or a place where you truly belong, I encourage you to look to Jesus.
He is the one who loves us completely, just as we are, and invites us into a relationship with Him that will change our lives forever.
If you are ready to accept and his hand of love, say the following prayers now:
Lord Jesus,
- I come to You today, recognizing my need for You in my life.
- I confess that I am a sinner and I ask for Your forgiveness.
- I believe that You died for my sins and rose again, offering me the gift of eternal life.
- I open my heart to You and ask You to come in as my Lord and Savior.
- Help me to follow You from this day forward, living a life that honors You.
Thank You for Your love, mercy, and grace.
In Your Jesus name, I pray, Amen.”
